SafariGlobe is a service provided by Trust Vacations Limited, a company registered in Kenya.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the SafariGlobe platform, including our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions

“SafariGlobe,” “we,” “our,” “us” – Refers to Trust Vacations Limited, the operator of the Platform.

“User” or “you” – Any individual or entity using SafariGlobe to browse, book, list, or manage travel-related services.

“Travel Partner” or “Vendor” – Businesses or individuals offering travel services (e.g., hotels, tours, car rentals) on the Platform.

“Services” – Booking, listing, and managing travel services via SafariGlobe.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Our Role
SafariGlobe provides a marketplace that connects travelers with travel service providers across Africa. We do not own, operate, or manage any accommodation, tours, or transport services listed. Our role is to facilitate connections and transactions.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:

Provide accurate and updated personal or business information

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

Respect booking terms, cancellation policies, and conduct guidelines set by vendors

Not misuse the Platform (e.g., by attempting to hack, spam, or impersonate others)
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to:

Provide accurate listings (availability, pricing, service details)

Maintain high service standards and comply with local laws

Handle customer communication and service delivery professionally

Manage bookings, updates, and cancellations through the Vendor Dashboard
6. Bookings and Payments

Bookings made through SafariGlobe are binding agreements between the user and the vendor.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

Vendors may have their own cancellation and refund policies—please read them before booking.
7. Fees and Commissions
SafariGlobe charges a commission on confirmed bookings. These fees are disclosed to vendors during onboarding. No fees are charged to users for browsing or booking.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Each vendor sets their own cancellation and refund policy. SafariGlobe facilitates the communication and processing of refunds but is not responsible for disputes between users and vendors.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, text, graphics, software, etc.) is the property of Trust Vacations Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
SafariGlobe is not liable for:

Acts, omissions, or errors of third-party vendors

Personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during travel

Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Account Termination
SafariGlobe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
